International Disclosure Services Corporation (“IDS”; Head Office: Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting at the “IR Conference 2025” to be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Otemachi PLACE HALL & CONFERENCE.
This year’s conference will feature a wide range of programs, including panel discussions and breakout sessions, centered around the overall theme of “Sophistication of the Economy and Capital Markets — The Role of IR.”
IDS will host an exhibition booth to showcase various initiatives aimed at advancing IR practices.
Based on our extensive experience in supporting simultaneous disclosure in Japanese and English in line with global standards, we will be providing consultations on the implementation of simultaneous disclosure and methods for reducing operational burden.
We will also present information on current trends in the application of disclosure terminology, referencing recent examples of English-language disclosure from both the United States and Japan.
As a special offering for conference participants, IDS will provide complimentary English Disclosure Quality Review for English-language disclosure materials (to be conducted at a later date for interested parties). We welcome all attendees to visit our booth.
